About Tooqly

Free, private image and PDF tools that run in your browser.

What Tooqly is

Tooqly is a collection of simple, fast and free tools for everyday image, PDF, typing and text tasks: converting between JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC, compressing images and PDFs to an exact size for upload forms, turning images into PDFs and back, copying text out of pictures in English and Hindi, and practising typing for exams.

Everything runs inside your own browser. Your files stay on your device, there are no upload waits, and there is never any need to create an account.

Why it exists

A lot of everyday jobs are small but stressful when a deadline is involved: a photo that a form rejects for being 10 KB too large, a PDF that will not upload, an iPhone picture that will not open on a computer. Tooqly exists to make those jobs quick, free and private, and to explain clearly what is going on, which is why the site also publishes guides alongside the tools.

Tooqly is built and maintained by an independent developer from India.

Our commitment to your privacy

Your images and documents are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers, so we cannot see, keep or share them. The only third-party content on the site is advertising, which is explained in our Privacy Policy, together with the choices you have. Read the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service for the full details.

How the site is paid for

Tooqly is free for everyone, with no watermarks and no limits, and is supported by advertising. We aim to keep the pages fast, the ads unobtrusive and the tools useful whether or not you ever click one.

Accuracy and corrections

We try to keep every page accurate, but size limits and requirements for exams and forms change between notices, so the official notice is always the authority. If you spot a mistake, an outdated limit or something that does not work, please tell us and we will correct it.
