Tooqly (tooqly.com) offers free tools for images, PDFs, typing practice and reading text from pictures. By using the website or the Tooqly Android app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools.
You may use Tooqly for personal and business purposes, free of charge. You must not use it to break the law, to process content you have no right to handle, or to disrupt the service, for example by sending automated or excessive requests.
The tools run in your own browser or on your own phone. The files you choose are not uploaded to Tooqly, and we cannot see, keep or share them. You stay responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use them.
Your files are processed on your device, so if you close the page before saving a result, the result is gone. Keep your originals until you are sure the new file is what you need.
Many of our pages help you meet the photo, signature, PDF or typing requirements of an exam or application. Those requirements are set by the organisation running it and change from one notice to the next. We try to keep our pages accurate, but the official notice is always the authority.
Always check the size, format and dimensions against the current notice before you submit, and check the result of any tool, including text read from a picture, before you rely on it. Tooqly is not responsible for an application, upload or exam result that is rejected.

Image quality after compression, the exact size of a result, and the accuracy of text recognition can all vary with the file you start with.
To the extent the law allows, Tooqly and its owner are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the website or the app, including lost files, lost opportunities or rejected applications. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.
The website and app are free because they show advertising. Advertisers and ad networks are third parties, and we do not control or endorse what they show. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising works and how you can change your choices. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
The design, text, code and name of Tooqly belong to its owner. You may link to our pages and share them, but you may not copy the website or its content and present it as your own. The files you create with the tools belong to you.
We may change these terms or the tools from time to time. The date of the latest update is kept with the version on this page, and using Tooqly after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
